Nascent Iodine is Iodine it an atomic form – this is different to other forms of iodine which occur at a molecular level. Nascent Iodine is easily used by the body as after digestion it recognizes the nascent iodine as the same type of iodine the thyroid uses so
it is absorbed into the body in the same way natural iodine produced by the body.

Dose: Shake well before use. For adults, add 0.07 mL (approximately 2 drops) to water or juice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
