Adult Dose: 
For symptoms of menopause and traditional liver protection: Take 1 to 2 tablets twice daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
For symptoms of mild anxiety, hot flushes, sleeplessness and excessive sweating: Take 2 tablets twice daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
