 Each film-coated tablet contains:
Magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 1 105 mg
Magnesium (from magnesium glycinate dihydrate) 45 mg
Total elemental magnesium 150 mg

 

Directions

Take 1–2 tablets with water twice daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Tablets can be broken in half
